Welcome to the Montgó Residents’ Association, the voice of homeowners and residents in the Montgó and valls areas of Jávea/Xàbia on the Costa Blanca, Spain. We are a non-political, non-profit organisation established in 2001 to support local residents and strengthen our community.

Our Purpose

The Montgó Residents’ Association exists to:

• Provide reliable local information and assistance for people living in Montgó and its surroundings.
• Support and represent residents and property owners in discussions with the Town Hall and local authorities on issues that affect daily life.
• Maintain a resource-rich Members’ Area with practical guidance on local matters.
• Help neighbours stay informed and connected through regular updates and community meetings.

Membership is open to all residents on the Montgó, whether you live here full-time or part-time. A strong membership base gives the association more influence when addressing local concerns on behalf of residents.

Social Events

We host a range of events including Montgo Mornings (with guest speakers), afternoon social drinks, activities and day trips. These gatherings are open to members and non-members who want to meet neighbours and learn more about the association’s work.
